Terry, when , in the course of a announced "teleconferenced" meeting, does the meeting no longer become a "teleconferenced" meeting, and the requirement for "roll call" votes is eliminated? Must such a meeting be opened, conducted, and adjourned before the requirements are eliminated? Or, is the meeting converted to a regular meeting when the teleconferencing mechanism is eliminated? City council held said meeting, adjourned to closed session, reopened said meeting, and never announced that the member away from council had ceased communications at end of closed session. Never announced that the meeting was no longer being teleconferenced. Then conducted meeting as regular meeting with electronic voting, instead of "roll cal" voting.
