   Belligerent street-level noise is not a community "issue". It is a genuine pollution problem, and as such represents the intended product of a three-headed industrial octopus that caters to an antisocial consumer base unfortunately dedicated to spewing belligerent noise for fun and profit. 
Equally offensive though somewhat less toxic is the belligerent and offensive headlight industry which defies recall because to quote NHTSA "no one has been killed yet". 
The products and services that The Belligerent Noise & Headlight Industry manufactures and sells include: (1) mobile base amplifiers, (2) reverberating speakers (which are designed to convert the entire vehicle into a spewing speaker) and (3) aftermarket "performance" mufflers, which is really a specious euphemism for a crippled or unmuffled exhaust system promoted and sold by both custom and franchised muffler dealers for application on both two and four wheeled vehicles whose owners demand a more "menacing signature sound" upon acceleration as compensation perhaps for other unspeciied deficiencies and/or other shortcoming that the consumer may not even be entirely aware of.
If you agree and would like to help fight this social plague that profoundly undermines property values not to mention quality of life, I am seeking any and all assistance in the advocacy and lobbying effort necessary to fight this environmental affliction.
Please help me launch the means to fight this totally unnecessary and dysfunctional industry.

	Belligerent Street-Level Noise Pollution is AIR POLLUTION. Without a dedicated 800 number to report gross polluters, the issue doesn't even EXIST. They can spew and you can go to hell. Sorry.
